Paylogic Foundation

Paylogic foundation was founded by Accepté in order to legally and physically separate the cash flow originating from ticket sales on the one hand and from the corporate cash flow of the Paylogic entities on the other hand. By doing so, the Paylogic entities can ensure its customers will receive their revenue from ticket sales done by Paylogic, in which the financial position of the Paylogic entity itself is irrelevant. This structure ensures that i) cash flow from ticket sales is not mingled up with corporate cash flow, ii) the cash flow from ticket sales is protected, even in case of bankruptcy.

Besides the cash flow separation, the foundation itself performs no operation.
