Mission

Accepté will have consolidated a top 4 position in at least 10 European countries within the next 5 years. In doing so Accepté will operate all business areas in the ticketing and ticketing related services. Furthermore Accepté will become a 'technology & service provider' for the entertainment industry. Besides the current ticketing platform, Accepté will offer a wide variety of event and ticketing related products and services which will generate revenue streams as well.

In order to maximize revenue, promoters, event organisers, venues and sports teams will have to evaluate the achievement potential of ticket sales and distribution systems. However, there is no adequate integral solutions available. Now, markets and services as well as sales channels are still being separated from each other. However, Accepté, with its brands Paylogic and Getlogic, will become a one-stop-shop to leverage the entertainment business.

In addition to ‘custom' made standard products, which can be purchased in different packages and supplemented with different service levels, Accepté will offer a comprehensive solution. Accepté will become the authority in the field of ticketing automation and event solutions and will stand out as a result of its original goal of merely stimulating, facilitating and taking care of customer needs.

Accepté has a strong commercial focus and acts with the aim to extend the value chain for customers and partners. Accepté is not striving to create consumer brands with Paylogic and Getlogic, its strategy is that only the brand of the event, media partners and sponsors is important. With this approach event corporations do not experience a sense of threat from the ticketing company, as it does not attempt to build up an own relationship with event visitors. This is accompanied by an assertive and cooperative attitude in order to achieve the best result.

Accepté's vital assets are its employees with their knowledge, passion and enthusiasm. At the moment Accepté is characterised by employees who relentlessly dedicate themselves to Accepté's mission. Our work environment is creative and enterprising, thus employees can develop themselves optimally. Consequently Accepté is a company where employees are proud of their work, the company and their products.

Vision

Even though the event market is sensitive to the economic climate, and despite the fact that technology has a great impact on the market as well, the live entertainment industry has become an increasingly important business for the artists, labels and promoters. Entertainment is a growing industry, but with the rise of the internet new revenue models were needed but not found. Total revenues decreased dramatically with the introduction of easy to share music and movie files. Record labels have tried hard to compensate this loss of revenue. During the 50's and 60's, a music tour by a band was to promote their album and hence their revenue stream from record sales. During the 70's and 80's, the revenue streams from music tours have surged as the general public perceives the concerts as an experience, making revenue streams even as important. Now, since the 90's and the introduction of the internet, the revenue stream from record sales is dropping due to internet piracy. Since then, the revenue stream from concerts and other non-record items are becoming more important as it is a safeguarded revenue stream. Hence, the records promote the concerts, as is the opposite of the situation in the 50's and 60's. It is important to realize this trend and what it implies for the industry today, but also tomorrow.

This signals that the event market will grow, but will also emphasise on maximizing revenue and profit. The number of high quality shows and concerts as well as sports events have moved from a solely fan event to a family event and have seen a massive increase within the last few years. Additionally, another result of the download-generation is that the consumer is also more focussed on experiencing than owning entertainment. This experience is found in (live) events. Accepté will reflect all the emotions and experiences in their products and services. Also by giving promoters, venues and theatres the ability to leverage their business, share emotions of success and implement this ticketing solution in all countries in Europe. Accepté will take the lead in cutting edge technology ticketing systems whilst offering a fair business model to its customers.
